The Knight ( Chapter 1 )

Moonless, carrying slow decibals of thunder, the black piece of blanket above sends challenge to the chariot leader.

Frightened he may be, but calm, as shown on the outside of himself. His thick skin on his face, covering the terror in the deep, sunken yellow eyes. With a crooked nose to pair with, he was nothing else but a witch. His sharp ears, sensing danger all around him, and a rouge hat, bent sideways. Wind, cold wind, was surrounding him, causing the chariot of evil to sway. In the carriage, a young lady was sleeping. White and fair skin she had, with a skirt and blouse as her only outfit. Doll eyes, she had, and hair as black as a crow's. Of demure characteristics she was, and with a look of the richest in town. With hands and legs sleek with elegance and of a sharp waist, she was indeed, beautiful. What beautiful could be described, she had it with her.

As the evil witch took the chariot with him for a few hundred miles more, he was becoming tired himself. His vision, specked. Stars he saw when it was a gloomy night for all. Even in the dark night, the clouds seemed noticable. Lightning striked tree after tree, causing a nature holocaust. Where frogs stop croaking and cicadas stop creaking, the night grew silent. Silent, except for the thunderous sound of nature, and the blinding sight of lightning. Only a man of incomparable prowess could stand the exceptional phenomena. The witch, of course, was not a man himself. A spirit from the underworld, which changes indentity from time to time, and has no originality of himself. Deemed to be man because of his dry and soulless look, thin to the bone.

Not very far away, sensed, was a horse. When the witch picked up his instincts more carefully, it was a horse, with a rider on horseback. With deepest concentration, the witch started to fear, for all the rider was bringing with him, was a sword. The sword of Paladin. The shining, golden sword, which only the most outstanding knight in the kingdom could possibly have. The bravest of all, the most handsome, and the meanest of all to evil. The horse was trained by the knight himself and obliges only to its master.

Drawing near to the chariot, the knight sees the front with his fiery blue eyes. With anger and might, he ordered his horse to gallop up hastely. With the chariot in sight, he drew his sword half out. As he approached, he prepared to bring out his whole gem of steel.

He has reached the chariot.

With full focus, he drew his whole sword out and drove it into the witch's neck from the side. The witch dodged, and failed to miss the drive. Victory was the knight's to claim, and the goblin, finished off easily.

The chariot was still moving in high speed. With one stab, this knight killed the chariot's horse, and saved the girl onto his horseback. When he thought it was all over and a happy ending was clear to him, he noticed, that it was all a delude.

The girl he saved, was a demon.
